I’m passionate about wild plants, healthy living, learning with horses, earthen building, and gardening organically.
As a great grandmother, I now view my life with a larger perspective and find ‘giving back’ to others more important than ever. This website is intended as a connection with those who have read my books, or shared plant classes, or helped on our little New Zealand farm with gardens, animals and the hobbit house project. It is also an invitation to new readers and friends -- through the internet-- to join me 'at home' foraging, gardening, fermenting foods, brewing probiotic drinks, building an earthen dwelling, as well as enjoying ‘laughter moments’ with our ‘funny farm’ animal antics.
